Резюме
Заболевания височно-нижнечелюстного сустава (ВНЧС) представляют собой распространенную проблему клинической стоматологии и нередко на начальных стадиях протекают бессимптомно. В связи с этим патологии ВНЧС часто диагностируются на поздних стадиях при обращении и обследовании пациентов по поводу других стоматологических заболеваний. Несвоевременная диагностика заболеваний ВНЧС приводит к развитию ряду осложнений, ухудшающих качество жизни пациентов. Бессимптомное течение заболеваний ВНЧС и неинформативность клинического осмотра обусловливают необходимость проведения дополнительных (инструментальных) методов исследования. Учитывая сложное анатомическое строение сустава наиболее целесообразно применение комплексного подхода к обследованию пациента с заболеваниями ВНЧС. Данная обзорная статья посвящена оценке эффективности визуализирующих и функциональных методов диагностики патологических состояний ВНЧС.
