Summary
The aim of the article was to improve the results of reconstructive treatment of patients with toxic osteomyelitis of the upper jaw through the use of developed prostheses with valve obturators with additional fixation by a dental implant system. The results of surgical treatment in the hospital of 21 drug-dependent patients with toxic osteomyelitis of the upper jaw were evaluated. The developed methods of reconstructive treatment allow to achieve the best clinical results. The reliable clinical effectiveness of the proposed methods in comparison with traditional ones has been identified and substantiated.
