Summary: The search for new methods of treatment of inflammatory periodontal diseases in patients with removable prostheses is an urgent issue for dentists. Currently, positive results in the treatment of gingivitis and periodontitis are achieved using photodynamic therapy, which is based on the destruction of photosensitized microorganisms under the influence of low-intensity laser radiation in a short period of time.
This article presents the results of a study of the effectiveness of the choice of structural materials for relocation of removable prostheses in patients with inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity in combination with photodynamic therapy.

Keywords: inflammatory periodontal diseases, photodynamic therapy, periodontopathogens, relocation, removable dentures.
