Summary
The high prevalence of oral mucosal diseases necessitates the development and refinement of electrophysiological diagnostic techniques for early detection and treatment monitoring. This study presents methods for measuring dynamic electrochemical potential (DEChP) and bioimpedance spectrometry (BIS) to evaluate the condition of the oral mucosa. The study included 25 individuals with clinically intact oral mucosa. Statistical analysis was performed using the Statistica 12.0 software package to identify correlations between the two methods. The results confirmed a strong correlation between the active component of bioimpedance and the dynamic electrochemical potential. The application of DEChP and BIS techniques enables effective monitoring of oral mucosal health and facilitates early detection of pathological changes in mucosal tissues.

Keywords: oral mucosa, bioimpedance spectrometry, dynamic electrochemical potential.
